Kristin joined Commercial Realty Advisors in August 2014 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. She brings extensive experience in operations, administration, and client service to her role, supporting the firm’s mission to deliver exceptional commercial real estate solutions.

 

Before joining Commercial Realty Advisors, Kristin was the Director of Administration at Highwoods Properties in Winston-Salem, where she oversaw key operational functions and supported strategic initiatives across multiple markets. Her professional background also includes experience in commercial lending and medical office management, providing her with a broad perspective on business operations and financial management.

 

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kristin has been deeply involved in volunteer work supporting public education initiatives in her community.

 

Kristin and her husband are happy empty nesters, with a daughter doing her medical residency at University of Virginia and a son working in NYC. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending her summers on Lake Michigan.
