Since joining Commercial Realty Advisors in 2020, Houston Hough has built a strong track record representing land, office, and medical office assets across the Triad region. He has aided in transactions exceeding $50 million in value and has earned multiple CoStar recognitions for completing some of the Triad market’s largest quarterly deals.

Houston works with private investors, developers, and institutional owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection throughout Winston-Salem and the surrounding markets. Known for his strategic market analysis and straightforward communication style, he helps clients identify opportunities that align with both short-term goals and long-term growth strategies.

A graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South with a B.A. in Forestry and Natural Resource Management, Houston combines a deep understanding of land and environmental value with practical brokerage experience. Beyond real estate, he served as an assistant coach for R.J. Reynolds High School Lacrosse from 2019 through 2024.
