A Winston-Salem native and graduate of Wake Forest University, Rebecca Dixson brings more than two decades of proven expertise in commercial property management to her role as Senior Property Manager at Commercial Realty Advisors. With over 21 years of experience managing Class A and Class B office assets, Rebecca currently oversees a portfolio exceeding 250,000 square feet of commercial space across the Triad.

Before joining Commercial Realty Advisors, Rebecca served with Highwoods Properties, where she managed more than one million square feet of premier office properties throughout Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Her extensive background spans all aspects of property operations—including budgeting, vendor management, tenant relations, and capital improvement planning—demonstrating her consistent commitment to operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and long-term client success.
