Courtyard by Marriott Sugar Mountain Officially Opens Its Doors

Commercial Realty Advisors is proud to introduce the new Courtyard by Marriott in North Carolina’s High Country. Located just outside Banner Elk at the base of Sugar Mountain and near Grandfather Mountain, the hotel is now welcoming guests adding to one of North Carolina’s most popular year-round mountain destinations.

Developed with Clarendon Properties and owned by Sugar Mountain Hospitality LLC, the hotel is designed for both leisure and business travelers, offering on-site dining, meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, and flexible work areas. Additional conveniences and modern in-room features enhance the guest experience, with operations led by Raines.
