WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Financial services firm Atlantic Capital Advisors LLC will be the primary tenant in the new 751 West Fourth office building that is currently under construction at the corner of Fourth and Broad streets in downtown Winston-Salem.
751 West Fourth Street
751 West Fourth is approximately six months from opening the doors and we are very excited about how the project is coming together. In particular, we are most proud of the fact that 751 West Fourth is a locally sourced project.
Despite the frigid temperatures, many outdoor workers, specifically in the construction industry, still have to work and build in the bitter weather many feet above the ground and battling stifling winds. David Jeannot tells us how they deal with the conditions.
The website for 751 West Fourth has launched. Visit the site to view images of the progress with construction, floor plans, map of the area, and renderings of what the finished project will look like. Space is available for lease, with areas of 1,500 SF - 35,000 SF. 751 West Fourth will be a strong addition of contemporary office space for downtown Winston-Salem.
We're excited to read an editorial by the Winston-Salem Journal announcing our start of construction on a new five-story office building, 751 West Fourth. WSJ calls this project a "good sign of a strengthening economy, especially considering that it is 65-percent preleased" and says the building "may signify a resurgence of the Broad Street corridor that started with the West End Village condos and the nearby BB&T Ballpark but was slowed by the recession."
Today we announced our construction of a new five-story building featuring Class A office space. The building, to be named 751 West Fourth, will also incorporate a covered terrace, an exercise facility, and a rooftop conference room. Construction is set to begin in June, and the office is alredy 65% preleased.
CRA will be develop and serve as the leasing agent for a new office building downtown on Broad Street and Fourth Street. With wide support already, the Winston-Salem City Council is also on board and has approved several improvements of site infrastructure, including a retaining wall, storm-water piping system, and lighting and sidewalks. We are so pleased with the strong local support of this new building and to announce that more than half of the to-be office space has already been leased.
Commercial Realty Advisors is excited to be a part of a new office building to be constructed at the northeast corner of Broad and Fourth streets. Just as we do, many in the Winston-Salem community believe this new building will enhance downtown.
